1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and joanna 9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the joanna 9 website at joanna-9.com, using any of the platform's casino games, sports betting markets, promotional features, or any other service offered under the joanna 9 brand, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

3.3 KYC Verification

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

joanna 9 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used for deposits into the same account. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Past promotional availability does not guarantee the same offer will be repeated.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using joanna 9, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joanna 9 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or account management process.
• Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the joanna 9 platform, game software, or underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated exploitation of platform features with other players.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their joanna 9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Repeated or serious bonus abuse.
• Use of prohibited software or techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any other conduct that joanna 9 reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.

Where an account is closed by joanna 9 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of forfeited bonuses and voided winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method at joanna 9's discretion. joanna 9 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure decisions where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Game Outcomes

8.4 General Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joanna 9 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if joanna 9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. joanna 9's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
